Meet the Team

Tiffany Bullard, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tiffany loves helping patients maintain a healthy smile, and she also enjoys teaching patients about proper homecare techniques. She says that discussing the importance of oral hygiene and how your oral health affects your entire well-being is one of the most rewarding parts of her job!

Tiffany is originally from Hoxie, Arkansas and she’s been with Rowe and Rowe Smile Studio since May 2011. She has a bachelor of science in dental hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Tiffany loves her job and feels very blessed to come to work every day knowing that her teammates are just as committed as she is to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting smiles. She also loves knowing that she's working for one of the only two Accredited Cosmetic Dentists in the state, allowing her to know that patients are receiving the amazing, long-lasting, and healthy smiles they deserve!

Outside of work, Tiffany loves spending time with her wonderful family and friends. Her favorite hobbies are shopping, traveling, and spending time at the lake.

Magan Vaughn, Patient Care Coordinator

Magan will be the first person to welcome you to Rowe and Rowe Smile Studio when you walk through our door! Every day Magan answers phones, schedule appointments, assists with patients with financial arrangements, helps patients feel as comfortable as possible, and performs just about every other administrative duty you can imagine! She lives in Monette, Arkansas, and has been an integral part of our team since August 2011.

Magan has a bachelor’s science of nursing from ASU. She says that our team works so well together and has so much fun together. She actually looks forward to coming to work every day! She loves to meet new patients, and developing a long term, trusting relationship with each of our patients is of utmost importance to her. Magan says that she wants every patient to know that she is here for them -- anything you might need, just ask her!

She’s and her husband Kurt have a Golden Retriever named Mack. She loves shopping, spending time with her friends and family, and reading.

Lauren Teachout, Dental Assistant

Lauren assists our dental professionals to ensure that they have everything they need to give our patients the best possible experiences during their treatments. Originally from Jonesboro, she is a graduate of Lyon College with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Lauren joined the Rowe and Rowe Smile Studio team in August of 2012, and her outgoing personality combined with her caring demeanor and intellectual side make her an extremely valuable team member.

She says that she loves working at Rowe and Rowe Smile Studio because she enjoys getting to learn about dentistry, and making new friends is an added bonus -- even if they really are patients that are just new friends! Lauren loves the way everyone goes the extra mile! Lauren works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that all of the equipment and procedures are running smoothly and all of our patients are comfortable and happy!

Lauren is married to Kirk, and they enjoy spending quality time with their friends and family. Outside of work, Lauren especially enjoys running, traveling, shopping, and crafting.
